For those using it on Windows 10, I believe you need to install the LAV filters to enable playback of much of the content, but I also found the TV functionality seemed to be broken under the later builds of Windows 10 and this seems to still be the experience for most commentators here. You can still buy it as an added feature under Windows 8.

I can watch a dvd, I get the guide but when I click on a channel it flashs back to the desktop.
